1Introduction and Acceptance

2Eligibility

3Account Registration and Security

- You may register only one account per mobile number and per individual person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

- You must not allow any third party to access or use your 34bet account. Each account is for the sole personal use of the registered account holder.
34bet may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant or close any existing account without providing a reason, subject to returning any verified account balance held at the time of closure.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 34bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 34bet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available in Bangladesh:
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Local bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.
- 34bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 34bet's control.
All deposits must be funded from a payment account in your own name. 34bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits suspected of originating from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — typically within 5 minutes; Rocket and Upay — within 30 minutes; local bank transfers — same business day in most cases, subject to banking hours at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. 5Bonuses and Promotions
34bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.
- Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

- In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed interruption that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 34bet reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to players' accounts.
- Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform. Any account found to be using automation will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
- Any attempt to exploit a software error, pricing mistake, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. 34bet reserves the right to withhold or void winnings arising from exploited errors and to close the accounts responsible.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in full. 9Intellectual Property

10Limitation of Liability
